FLAT RATE SHIPPING*
We ship across Canada for a flat rate of $10 & across the USA for a flat rate of $20. All orders are handmade to order and processed within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your're order is shipped, you will receive a courier tracking number. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified of this. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. *Bulk orders excluded

Contactless pickup at 6757 Beattie St. Lambeth Ontario (Southwest London).
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Rush orders may be available so please let us know if you need by a certain time and we'll do our best to accommodate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and offer you high quality merchandise and customer service. If you have any issues with your products, please contact us immediately so we can best rectify this situation. We do not accept returns on custom orders, please make sure to consult our sizing guide before ordering. Please make sure your names and addresses are spelled correctly before placing your order. If your item is received damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately with no charge.
