FLAT RATE SHIPPING*
We ship across Canada for a flat rate of $10. All items are handmade to order and will ship as soon as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your're order is shipped, you will receive a courier tracking number. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and you will be notified of this. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. *Bulk orders excluded
LOCAL PICKUP
Contactless pickup is in Lambeth Ontario (Southwest London). You will receive pickup instructions when order is ready.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and offer you high quality merchandise and customer service. If you have any issues with your products, please contact us immediately so we can best rectify this situation. We do not accept returns on custom orders, please make sure to consult our sizing guide before ordering. Please make sure your names and addresses are spelled correctly before placing your order. If your item is received damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately with no charge.
