Do you offer shipping?

Yes. We ship across Canada. Orders in Canada have a flat $10 shipping fee.

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround is 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday), plus shipping time. During busy seasons or supplier delays, it may take longer. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

What garments do you use?

We mainly use Gildan Softstyle t-shirts, Gildan hoodies and crewnecks, and Comfort Colors tees. These are high-quality, comfortable garments with a unisex fit that are tried and tested. 

Can I send my own design for printing?

Yes. We can print your artwork or logo on apparel or merchandise. We accept high-resolution or vector files for best results. Fill out our custom order page here.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts on orders of 10 or more items with the same design. Contact us for a custom quote. Please contact us for a quote.

What are DTF Prints?

DTF Prints means Direct Transfer Film Prints. We use a professional grade printer that applies specific ink to a sheet of film transfer. We then apply to the garment using a heat press. This is our main application for apparel.

How long will my product last?

Our professional-grade DTF prints are designed to last 50+ washes. With proper care, your apparel can last for years while keeping the design looking bold and bright.

Where are you located?

We are based in SW London (Lambeth), Ontario, Canada. We offer free local pickup and flat-rate shipping across Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time we ship only within Canada, with a flat $10 shipping fee.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or fix the issue right away.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes. When you checkout you will be asked if you'd like pickup or shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive specific instructions on how to pick up your order.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our t-shirts and hoodies range from XS to 5XL, depending on the style. Youth and baby sizes are available too. If you can't find what you're looking for, please message us and we will help you out.

Can I customize designs?

Yes. You can request changes to colours or wording on any existing design, or we can create a one-of-a-kind design just for you.  Fill out our custom order page here.

Are there any minimum order or set up fees?

No. You can order as little as one item. We do not charge setup fees. If you need a brand-new custom design created, a small design fee may apply.

What process do you use to apply designs?

We mostly use a process called DTF (Direct Transfer Film) prints. This method gives vibrant colours, durability, and flexibility on a wide range of fabrics.

How do I care for my apparel & merchandise?

Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, or ironing directly over the design. Washing on high heat may damage the print.

Do you only create women's apparel?

Not at all. We design apparel for everyone, including men, women, non-binary, youth, and babies. Our brand is inclusive, and while many designs are popular with women, every piece is created for all people. Fill out our custom order page here.

How does Pebbles & Pine give back?

With every order, $1 is donated to Pflag London, a volunteer-run charity that supports 2SLGBTQ+ people and their families through peer support, education, and advocacy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit, PayPal, and e-transfer.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes. You can order apparel as a gift and include a note at checkout. We also offer digital gift cards so your recipient can choose their favourite design. Every order is packaged with care.
