OUR MISSION
At Pebbles & Pine, our mission is to create high-quality, custom apparel, merchandise, and designs that embody excellence and individuality. We use professional-grade equipment to produce standout pieces that celebrate mental health and neurodivergence. Through our partnerships with Anova London and PFLAG Canada, we are dedicated to giving back to the community, ensuring that every purchase not only looks great but also supports a meaningful organization.
Where are you located?
We are located in SW London (Lambeth), Ontario Canada. We offer free local pickup or flat rate shipping across Canada & the USA.
Do you only create women's apparel?
Nope! We can custom design for men, youth, baby and people as well. Our brand is an inclusive brand and although we cater to Women, we create apparel for ALL people. Fill out our custom order page here.
What are DTF Prints?
DTF Prints means Direct Transfer Film Prints. We use a professional grade printer that applies specific ink to a sheet of film transfer. We then apply to the garment using a heat press. This is our main application for apparel.
How do I care for my apparel & merchandise?
Wait 24hrs to launder. Wash inside out at all times in cold water and tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry. Do not use any bleach, fabric softener or iron garment. Since they were applied with high heat, washing with high heat can ruin the design.
Can I send my own design for printing?
Of course! We can apply your own artwork or logo to any of our apparel or merchandise using vector or high resolution images. Fill out our custom order page here.
Are there any minimum order or set up fees?
No. You can order as many or as little items as you'd like. We do not have any set up fees but do have a design fee for any customizations or designs you would like created.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer bulk discounts on apparel or merchandise over the minimum purchase of 10 of the same items & prints. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. When you checkout you will be asked if you'd like pickup or shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive specific instructions on how to pick up your order.
What process do you use to apply designs?
We use multiple processes to apply designs to different materials. For our apparel we mostly use a process called DTF Transfer Prints.
How long will my product last?
Our professional grade DTF Prints are designed to last 50+ washes. All garment life spans depend on the care taken while washing and our prints can outlast the garment itself with proper care.
Can I customize designs?
Absolutely! You can have any of our predesigned prints customized to your liking (change colour, add or change wording) or have us design a one of a kind unique print for you. Fill out our custom order page here.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is approximately 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) plus shipping time if applicable, once designs have been approved and payment is received. There are certain circumstances that may lengthen this time frame due to supplier issues or busy holiday times. Rush orders may be available so please let us know if you need by a certain time and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please check junk/spam mail for a notification of when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We ship across Canada & the USA with flat rate fees. $10 flat rate Canada wide & $20 flat rate across the USA.
How does Pebbles & Pine give back?
We are incredibly proud of the opportunity to partner with Anova London & PFLAG London Chapter. Anova is a local women and children's shelter. They provide access to programs and services for women and people of gender-based violence. PFLAG London is a volunteer based charity organization. They provide support, education and resources for a more accepting society for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals, their families, friends and allies.
